The Sense Method Industry Workshop is designed for businesses and organizations aiming to accelerate collaboration, innovation, and meaningful alignment across their teams and projects. This immersive group experience delivers customized Sense Method instruction, tailored to your company’s industry and objectives, in a dynamic multi-day, in-person format with interactive group work, presentations, and one-on-one hot-seat sessions among peers. Each participant engages with proprietary materials and curated exercises shaping their approach to teamwork and strategic contribution. Participants build key skills such as objective analysis, abstract thinking, self-awareness, empathy, paradox comprehension, ethical reasoning, existential resilience, humility, accountability, adaptability, and a sense of community. Your team will explore how personal experiences shape organizational culture, examining relationships with each other, their collective purpose, and broader society. Through engaging social systems and addressing internalized biases, participants are guided to develop empathy, clarify motivations, and discover collaborative pathways for purposeful impact. Custom content includes a “Sense Method x Company Name Workbook,” crafted for your organization, along with a “Post-Workshop Toolkit” for ongoing implementation. Executives receive a tailored “Takeaway Package” with actionable strategies to drive organizational change, plus discounted ongoing support for lasting results. More time can be allocated for specific goals, with custom pricing available on request. By booking, you schedule a 1-hour Innovation Workshop Design Session to discuss goals, timelines, and travel logistics. Travel costs are billed separately, with an itemized estimate provided within three business days of the discovery session. The workshop package flexibly accommodates variable needs and supports executives in making the most of expertise and team potential.
Cancellation Policy

Clients are encouraged to book in advance to secure preferred time slots. Booking Process Sessions can be booked through my website. Payment is required at the time of booking for all paid sessions. Payment plans are available through After Pay and Klarna at checkout. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows me to accommodate other clients and manage our time effectively. Cancellation Fees Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will incur a fee, 10% of the session cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a fee, 50% of the session cost. Refunds Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will be refunded promptly. Waitlist If your preferred time slot is unavailable, you may request to be added to a waitlist. If a spot opens, you will be notified by email or phone and must respond within 24 hours to confirm your booking. Waitlist Priority Waitlist placement is first-come, first-served. Previous bookings do not affect priority. Virtual Sessions All sessions are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise arranged. Please ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for your session. Technical Support If you experience technical issues during a session, notify me immediately so I can help resolve the problem. Parental/Guardian Consent (for Minors) Clients under 18 must have parent or guardian consent to book and participate in sessions. A signed consent form may be required prior to the first session. Communication By booking a session, you consent to receive emails and/or phone calls for updates, reminders, and follow-up communications related to your sessions. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. Privacy All client information is kept confidential and used solely for managing bookings and providing services.
