A: Some offerings are open to those under 18, but parental or guardian consent may be required for certain events, group access, plans, or one-on-one sessions. Check the details for each program, and if you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to me directly.

A: All courses are currently design with closed captioning and script available for download. Alternative languages will be offered on our platform in time. If you need alternate formats, any specific accommodations, or have a language you'd like to see this content in– let me know! I’ll do everything I can to meet you where you are.

A: Things evolve. If I update a policy, event, or membership, I’ll communicate changes clearly and in advance whenever possible either on my socials, in virtual groups, during online meetings, and/or through email. I value transparency and don't mind being questioned or judged. It's important to me to share what's happening and I'll do my best to let everyone know what evolves and when in a timely fashion.
