What if there was a safe space to connect and explore who you've always been before the world told you who to be? From birth, these assignments can create a mess of contradiction that we've been left to untangle alone. That's enough of that. Our one-on-one sessions are designed to unriddle the mind and body of these ties. So we can weave something meaningful together in a world that isn't only dictated by man– but so much more! Including yourself! In our One-on-One Advocacy Sessions, I am your advocate. Not your mentor or coach. I work to hear you and reflect with you to expand our minds to possibilities beyond what we've been taught, sold, and may have accidentally bought. I integrate my methodological approach, weaving The Sense Method principles with Relational Mapping – a process designed to capture the energy of your multifaceted and complex relationships with yourself and others. So we can essentially uncomplicate it all. And together, we'll widen your perspective while honoring the journey it's taken you to get here. Remembering that you never really chose to forget; you've always been you. Entirely whole and complete, just constantly growing, moving, and expanding. We’re on a journey for wholeness in a whole new sense.
Cancellation Policy

Clients are encouraged to book in advance to secure preferred time slots. Booking Process Sessions can be booked through my website. Payment is required at the time of booking for all paid sessions. Payment plans are available through After Pay and Klarna at checkout. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows me to accommodate other clients and manage our time effectively. Cancellation Fees Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will incur a fee, 10% of the session cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a fee, 50% of the session cost. Refunds Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will be refunded promptly. Waitlist If your preferred time slot is unavailable, you may request to be added to a waitlist. If a spot opens, you will be notified by email or phone and must respond within 24 hours to confirm your booking. Waitlist Priority Waitlist placement is first-come, first-served. Previous bookings do not affect priority. Virtual Sessions All sessions are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise arranged. Please ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for your session. Technical Support If you experience technical issues during a session, notify me immediately so I can help resolve the problem. Parental/Guardian Consent (for Minors) Clients under 18 must have parent or guardian consent to book and participate in sessions. A signed consent form may be required prior to the first session. Communication By booking a session, you consent to receive emails and/or phone calls for updates, reminders, and follow-up communications related to your sessions. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. Privacy All client information is kept confidential and used solely for managing bookings and providing services.
