Service Description
Industry Innovation Consulting and Collaboration empowers teams, organizations, and global projects to unlock diverse expertise and transformative perspectives—fueling sustainable growth, meaningful connection, and far-reaching impact across sectors. Each engagement begins with a focused discovery phase, mapping team dynamics, project scope, and key challenges. Projects are reviewed in depth, pinpointing goals and your unique strengths within the larger context. From there, clear guidance helps refine vision, address barriers, and build resilient strategies for team alignment, messaging, and operational delivery. Dedicated time is spent examining leadership and decision-making styles, enabling teams to identify and act on optimal next steps. This highly collaborative approach ensures all stakeholders and teams are engaged as equal partners, supporting alignment of goals with a shared mission for positive change, empathy, and innovation at scale. The process advocates for moving beyond short-term gains, cultivating creativity, responsibility, and sustainable transformation suited to high-impact, large-scale challenges. The service is provided for a flat fee, covering up to 10 hours weekly or a total of 40 hours, over a maximum three-month term—whichever limit comes first. This makes budgeting and planning straightforward while offering sufficient scope for substantial results. Upon booking, teams receive a 1-hour strategy session tailored to organizational needs, covering goals, timelines, and logistics (including global or multi-site scenarios). Within 72 hours post-session (excluding weekends and holidays), a complete strategic plan details project timelines, shared objectives, and clear milestones. Virtual sessions are the default; in-person facilitation and travel are available by estimate following the initial meeting.
Cancellation Policy

Clients are encouraged to book in advance to secure preferred time slots. Booking Process Sessions can be booked through my website. Payment is required at the time of booking for all paid sessions. Payment plans are available through After Pay and Klarna at checkout. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows me to accommodate other clients and manage our time effectively. Cancellation Fees Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will incur a fee, 10% of the session cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a fee, 50% of the session cost. Refunds Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will be refunded promptly. Waitlist If your preferred time slot is unavailable, you may request to be added to a waitlist. If a spot opens, you will be notified by email or phone and must respond within 24 hours to confirm your booking. Waitlist Priority Waitlist placement is first-come, first-served. Previous bookings do not affect priority. Virtual Sessions All sessions are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise arranged. Please ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for your session. Technical Support If you experience technical issues during a session, notify me immediately so I can help resolve the problem. Parental/Guardian Consent (for Minors) Clients under 18 must have parent or guardian consent to book and participate in sessions. A signed consent form may be required prior to the first session. Communication By booking a session, you consent to receive emails and/or phone calls for updates, reminders, and follow-up communications related to your sessions. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. Privacy All client information is kept confidential and used solely for managing bookings and providing services.
