Service Description
Indie Consulting and Collaboration for indie businesses and solo entrepreneurs is designed to help independent creators, solo founders, and small teams harness fresh perspectives to spark growth, connection, and meaningful impact. This is not about pushing formulaic narratives or commercial positioning—instead, the aim is to focus intentional messaging and collaborative action so that your work resonates authentically and benefits your community. Consultations begin with a practical discovery session, where the specifics of your business, creative process, and current challenges are explored. This includes a review of your project’s direction, goals, and unique strengths. From there, insight and guidance are offered on clarifying your vision, navigating obstacles, and developing sustainable strategies—whether for messaging, collaboration, or workflow. There’s space to reflect on your decision-making, and tools are provided to help discern the right next step for your unique situation. The process is collaborative and supportive, meeting each client as an equal partner. The intention is to align your business goals or creative pursuits with a larger vision of impact, empathy, and community-building. This is an invitation to go beyond just profit and positioning—it’s about nurturing a sense of purpose, creative possibility, and sustainable independence. This service is offered at a flat fee for up to 10 hours of collaborative work each week, or a maximum of 40 hours in total, all to be used within a three-month period—whichever limit is reached first. This structure is designed for simplicity, making it easy to budget and plan for extended assistance while maintaining the flexibility and depth needed for solo founders and independent businesses. By booking this service, you’ll receive a 1-hour Indie Consulting and Collaboration Strategy Session tailored to indie businesses or solopreneurs, where goals, timelines, and logistics (including travel for in-person sessions) are discussed. Within 72 hours after your consulting session (excluding weekends and holidays), you’ll receive a comprehensive strategy that clearly outlines our project timeline, specific goals, and next steps together. Please note, virtual sessions are standard but in-person work is negotiable as travel costs are additional and a detailed estimate will be provided after your session if needed.
Cancellation Policy

Clients are encouraged to book in advance to secure preferred time slots. Booking Process Sessions can be booked through my website. Payment is required at the time of booking for all paid sessions. Payment plans are available through After Pay and Klarna at checkout. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows me to accommodate other clients and manage our time effectively. Cancellation Fees Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will incur a fee, 10% of the session cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a fee, 50% of the session cost. Refunds Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will be refunded promptly. Waitlist If your preferred time slot is unavailable, you may request to be added to a waitlist. If a spot opens, you will be notified by email or phone and must respond within 24 hours to confirm your booking. Waitlist Priority Waitlist placement is first-come, first-served. Previous bookings do not affect priority. Virtual Sessions All sessions are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise arranged. Please ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for your session. Technical Support If you experience technical issues during a session, notify me immediately so I can help resolve the problem. Parental/Guardian Consent (for Minors) Clients under 18 must have parent or guardian consent to book and participate in sessions. A signed consent form may be required prior to the first session. Communication By booking a session, you consent to receive emails and/or phone calls for updates, reminders, and follow-up communications related to your sessions. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. Privacy All client information is kept confidential and used solely for managing bookings and providing services.
