Service Description
The Indie Advocacy and Support Series is crafted for independent business owners and solopreneurs as true allies on the path of expansion and self-actualization. This one-on-one journey isn’t about treating you like a client—it’s about partnership, growing together through every season. The focus is on helping you flourish by shedding old layers, moving bravely into the shadows that linger around value, worth, guilt, shame, criticism, praise, attention, and connection—so your light grows stronger, not in spite of the dark, but because you can feel the warmth in this work we do together. Throughout this 10-month program, I’m present not just as a guide but as a true fan and companion invested in your unique journey. Together, we’ll use The Sense Method and Relational Mapping to gently uncover blind spots, challenge limiting beliefs, and anchor confidence and resilience. There’s no need to do this alone, and you never really have—my role is to provide insight to the spaces that can be harder for us to notice on own. Reminding you of what you already know of yourself deep inside, reflecting the parts of you that are and have been ready to live out loud and inspire others to rise above what has brought them down before. Our work will be deeply personal, prioritizing your growth, self-worth, and the connective tissues of your business and self. You will receive ongoing, thoughtful emails, actionable goal-setting, and compassionate accountability to keep your fire burning through setbacks and successes alike. If you’re feeling the weight of criticism or struggling to hold both your power and vulnerability, I’ll be there to help you meet those places with honesty and courage. This is an alliance grounded in trust, authenticity, and the belief that your flourishing truly matters—not just to your business, but to our shared community. *Please note, all first-time clients must book a free 30-min Discovery Call prior to meeting for a Indie Advocacy Session.
Cancellation Policy
Contact For any questions about memberships, bookings, events, groups, or participation, please email sam@therefori.am. Availability All sessions are subject to availability. Clients are encouraged to book in advance to secure preferred time slots. Booking Process Sessions can be booked through my website. Payment is required at the time of booking for all paid sessions. Payment plans are available through After Pay and Klarna at checkout. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows me to accommodate other clients and manage our time effectively. Cancellation Fees Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will incur a fee, 10% of the session cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a fee, 50% of the session cost. Refunds Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will be refunded promptly. Waitlist If your preferred time slot is unavailable, you may request to be added to a waitlist. If a spot opens, you will be notified by email or phone and must respond within 24 hours to confirm your booking. Waitlist Priority Waitlist placement is first-come, first-served. Previous bookings do not affect priority. Virtual Sessions All sessions are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise arranged. Please ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for your session. Technical Support If you experience technical issues during a session, notify me immediately so I can help resolve the problem. Parental/Guardian Consent (for Minors) Clients under 18 must have parent or guardian consent to book and participate in sessions. A signed consent form may be required prior to the first session. Communication By booking a session, you consent to receive emails and/or phone calls for updates, reminders, and follow-up communications related to your sessions. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. Privacy All client information is kept confidential and used solely for managing bookings and providing services.
