Beyond Book Smarts
The kind of topics we cover in The Sense Method have been sandwiched in textbooks and floating around smoke-filled rooms for too long. We're freeing these ideas into our day-to-day.
This isn’t about memorizing old answers, dropping names, or spinning in circles as if they don't have a start/end point. We break down big questions—about self, others, and reality itself—into something we can actually understand, expand on, and grow with. Eleven modules, packed with existential inquiry, explanations, exercises, and real-world application.

Beyond Book Smarts
Philosophy isn’t just for theorists, textbooks, or ivory towers—it’s a living toolkit for navigating challenges, big and small. The Sense Method goes well beyond memorizing answers or dropping names: it’s about exploring deep questions that help us make sense of ourselves, our feelings, our relationships, and the world. Expect mind-bending ideas, practical exercises, and space for genuine reflection—all in accessible language.

LECTURE PREVIEW:
Learn why this exists and what you’ll gain, as we bypass academic roadblocks and frame questioning itself as a communal and deeply personal practice.

Breaks down philosophical branches of logic and epistemology by examining how context and meaning shape everyday understanding.
Interplay between discovery and invention, explore different theories of truth. Grapple with the role of fundamental assumptions (axioms) in knowledge.
Examine how time—memory, anticipation, and doubt—shape experience, and learn to sense the paradox of being anchored yet responsive in paradox.
Investigate feeling, experiencing, and the cause-and-effect patterns that make up our sense impressions, deepening your awareness of how raw data shapes perspective.
Explore the many sides of mind—conscious and unconscious, intuition and psychosis—to understand the shifting grounds from which meaning and agency arise.
Analyze how self, the social self, and society interconnect, and begin to untangle the systems that shape—and sometimes limit—our individual and collective experiences.
Critically examine the process of forming and dismantling constructed meanings, practicing methods of restoration as existential tools for deliberate living.
Discuss the dynamics of value, order, equality, and equity, noticing how habituation, systems, and inherited standards can numb or enliven our ethical and communal sensibilities.
Confront the shedding and renewal of meaning, delving into the creative and existential revelations that emerge through contradiction, identity play, and expression.
Engage in the generative processes of mattering and meaning, learning how sense multiplies and diversifies through volition and reflection across experience.
Reflect on the challenge of consensus, exploring the negotiations between singular and collective reality, theory and practice, and the ongoing work of living sense into the world.

Spiral safely in the circle.
Come messy, curious, or skeptical. This workshop is where we make space for you—no prerequisites, just a willingness to get real and reflect with others walking the same squiggly path. It’s equal parts group therapy and study group, where we work through The Sense Method together. Every session leaves us a little more connected: with ourselves, each other, our here, their there, and (arguably) everywhere.
Workshop Collaborations
Hold space for a community, team, or project that’s ready to grow from the inside out? I co-create Sense Method workshops for independent coaches, corporate teams, and creative collectives who want to dig deeper, uproot tired habits, and blossom into new paradigms of self-and-other awareness, compassion, and symbiosis.
Let’s blend your group’s brilliance with my framework to nurture real, sustainable growth. Schedule a free discovery call with me and let’s discover what’s possible—together.
